      1. Briefing

We will find the first short climb in the first kilometers that will bring us to the town of Benissa. We will then ride through interior roads with some short climbs along the way, before attacking the challenge of the circuit; Coll de Garga.

This hill has no remarkable difficulties but its length could put us in trouble if we start too fast. Once we reach the top of Coll de Garga, we will start a long descend through an excellent road that will bring us to the town of Orba.

We won’t face any climb on the way back.

      3. TRAFFIC

Traffic is rather calm. Especially the climb to coll de garga we will be riding across a rural road where is not common to find a car.

      4. ROAD QUALITY

The quality of the road is very good through the whole track.

      1. Briefing

You’ll hit the first short climb in the early kilometres, which will take you up to the town of Benissa. You’ll then head inland, hitting some short climbs along the way before attacking the challenge of the circuit; Coll de Garga.

While this hill seems easy on paper, its length can get you into trouble if you start off too fast. Once at the top of Coll de Garga, you descend on a nicely paved road all the way down to Orba.

The way back to Calp is relatively easy, with only a few short climbs along the way.

      2. CLimbs

A twisting 6 km stretch with an average gradient of 6.5%, and sections up to 8%. Rural road with almost no traffic and nice pavement. On the top, you’ll find a nice restaurant worthy of a stop – even a short one for a well-deserved coffee☕️😎.

      3. Traffic

Expect some traffic in the first and last kilometres between Calp and Benissa. Traffic should be less dense after Benissa, you might even ride a few km’s without even spotting a car (especially during your ascend to Coll de Garga)!

      4. Road Quality

Road quality is very good throughout the whole track. Do note that there are some sections in Coll de Garga where pavement may be rough.
